ACTS is an established theater group performing for over ten years in the Shenango Valley. Originally in Sharpsville, we relocated to Sharon in 2020 and purchased the former Sacred Heart Church to establish a regional Performing Arts Center which will educate, entertain, and drive regional economic development.

Programs Supported by Your Donations

ACTS currently holds performances in the downstairs "40 Below" stage and is renovating the main stage in the old sanctuary on the main level. Your support will enable ACTS to continue to make progress toward expanding our performances to the larger stage, expand educational workshops, and deepen our impact on the community. We have expanded our outreach to students of all ages this year including a master class with 200 Sharon High students, summer vocal and acting workshops for teens, and an arts adventure camp for grades 1 - 6. All workshops are lead by professional instructors affiliated with Slippery Rock University, the Dana School of Music and other regional schools.

All theater was negatively impacted by COVID, but we have continued to fundraise and make progress on construction thanks to very generous grants and donors. The final push to complete the electrical and essential renovations requires an additional $200,000. A donation of ANY size will help us achieve our goal of opening a large performance on the main stage this fall.
