Heritage Manor is a 5-star rated senior living facility where unmatched, comprehensive quality of care – both clinically and socially – is graciously offered to all who enter. We have the highest standards of care, manifested in part by responsive staff, market-leading staff ratios, and offer high-quality services that include Adult Day Services, which is the first Veteran Affairs certified program in our area, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing.
We have a rich history to preserve here and a deep commitment among all staff members and clinicians to uphold a mission of adding enrichment to each individual’s life… while also providing a sense of trust and confidence among families that their loved ones are being cared for just as attentively as they would be at home. Because in our minds, that is where they are. This is their home. For this reason, we are committed to continuing to create an atmosphere where individuals can be cared for in a healing, home-like atmosphere. To do this, however, we need your help.
Needs that Cannot beMet without Your Help
To keep residents safe during the pandemic, we employed strict infectious control measures. Through these measures and dedicated staff, we have not had a single resident test positive for COVID. However, these measures have resulted in an extensive loss in earned income.
These losses stem from a reduced census, increased cost for protective equipment and gear, and increased staffing to keep people safe in their rooms. Although all of these steps were necessary, they have created a financial strain on our organization.
The infusion of special COVID funding has helped us, but further funding is critical to reducing the gap.
