PINE VALLEY BIBLE CONFERENCE (AKA PINE VALLEY CAMP)
SERVING LAWRENCE COUNTY
AMOUNT DONATED: $158,494.13
We are a year-round faith-based camp featuring a residential summer camping program and other year-round programs for at-risk and underprivileged youth ages 6-15. We serve the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas including, Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, and Lawrence Counties and some eastern OH communities. We are one of very few camps which targets this underserved group. Many campers deal with complex family challenges and often feel uncertain and hopeless about their future.
Our mission is "to rebuild broken lives through Jesus Christ." By teaching life skills, life principles, some basic job skills and presenting the gospel message, we aim to be a place of fun, hope, healing and transformation that prepares these youth to become healthy responsible adults.

Programs Supported by Your Donations
You can designate your donation to support our Summer Camp Programs or to the building of our Legacy Dining Hall, now in its final stages.
Summer camp runs from mid-June to mid-August and features many fun activities such as swimming, hiking, fishing, archery, canoeing, basketball, wall climbing, biking, horseback riding, and more. We teach life skills and life principles such as teamwork, taking personal responsibility, and how to make wise decisions. We teach basic job skills such as cooking, cleaning, and landscaping to select teens. We share the life-changing gospel message of Jesus Christ and strive to model a Christian community for our campers. We welcome children of any, or no, faith background. The Dining Hall serves as the heart and hub of the camp and this new building will allow us to seat 300 at one time and serve more youth and their caregivers who are often single moms. We have made great progress this past year and are in a final fundraising push to complete it. All dining hall donations are vital to the completion of this project. THANK YOU for supporting Pine Valley Camp!
Needs that Cannot beMet without Your Help
Inflation continues to be a major issue impacting all areas of camp operations. For summer camp, campers only pay a small registration fee and the rest is funded by foundations, companies, churches, and individuals. Additionally, the construction and materials budget for the dining hall increased over the last year. Grants from foundations and companies continue to be extremely competitive with the rise of many other causes and issues and more organizations applying for somewhat limited grant funds. We are most appreciative to all of our donors for their support of our ministry efforts!
