AKIVA ACADEMY
Akiva Academy is a K-8 school on a mission to provide stellar education and teach children to live peacefully while creating an inclusive environment where students of all faiths, whether Jewish, Christian, Hindu, Muslim, or those with no religious affiliation, can thrive. Highly dedicated and caring teachers uniquely blend secular education with Jewish values to guide the development of each student’s cognitive, creative, and social potential during one of life’s crucial junctures: the early formative years.

ARISE OF LAWRENCE COUNTY
Arise is the only comprehensive victims' services agency in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. Arise provides free trauma-informed, outcome-based services to anyone who has been impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes. These services include counseling, court advocacy and accompaniment, medical advocacy and accompaniment, 24-hour free and confidential hotline counseling, emergency shelter, and other housing services. Our organization provides age-appropriate prevention education and awareness programming within the local school districts as well as community outreach and engagement, and professional training. Our mission statement says it all: Arise empowers and advocates for those affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes. We inspire and educate citizens to create safer communities and break the cycle of violence.

BAUGHMAN FAMILY COMMUNITY CENTER (COMMUNITY RECREATION OF NORTHERN MERCER COUNTRY)
Our mission is to provide recreational and educational programs, services, and facilities in order to promote health, well-being, and activity that strengthens and unites our families and communities. CRNMC has partnered with The Buhl Club of Sharon, PA, who has assumed the role of managing partner. Together, CRNMC and The Buhl Club ensure that the Baughman Family Community Center (BFCC) features a wide variety of recreational and educational opportunities for families, youth, adults, and seniors. The Center is membership and program based to include a fitness center with a child watch center, after school space for youth & children, and areas for programs.

BELOVED MERCY MINISTRIES
With the support of the Community Foundation and the Grove City area community we have been able to expand our program which now offers us the opportunity to assist both families and individuals that are in need of support. Broadening our reach has allowed us to assist individuals who have been between jobs and needed help with bills while waiting for their first paycheck, waiting for an opening at a homeless shelter, and women who have seperated from their spouse and have no funds while waiting for a court hearing. Those are a few examples of how this change has allowed us to be a support both financially and spiritually to our community. Our mission is to provide short term housing needs to individuals or families while restoring hope and confidence to them in a dignified and uplifting manner.

BUHL CLUB
The Buhl Club provides programs that promote health, wellness and youth development. Our mission is to provide quality recreational, social, wellness and educational programs for people of all ages in our communities. We continue to work hard to provide a safe, welcoming and comfortable place for ALL people, regardless of their ability to pay.

BUHL PARK
Buhl Park is more than a park. It’s a place where community happens. For over 100 years, Buhl Park has provided free and affordable recreation, entertainment, wellness, and educational opportunities for the Shenango Valley. From free concerts and youth programs to free golf, trails, playgrounds, and community events, the Park is woven into generations of local memories. Our mission is to carry forward the legacy of Frank and Julia Buhl by creating accessible experiences that promote healthy lifestyles, connection, and quality of life for all. Every visit, program, and tradition helps keep that legacy alive.

BUILDING OF HOPE
Established in the summer of 2017, the Building of Hope ministry is dedicated to demonstrating the love of Christ by providing beds, bedding, and pillows to people in need. Our aim is to offer individuals in our community facing hardships a supportive hand up, emphasizing empowerment over mere assistance. To meet the demand for beds, we've forged a partnership with Laskey’s Furniture in Sharon. The bulk of our grant funding is allocated towards the purchase of beds, bedding, and pillows. Additionally, we distribute "Baskets of Hope" containing toiletries and cleaning supplies, a Daily Bread devotional, and extend invitations to attend church services.

CADENCE CARE NETWORK
Cadence Care Network provides prevention, behavioral health, foster care, and family support services for children, teens, and caregivers across Trumbull County and surrounding communities. Services are designed to help families navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and remain safely connected to their homes, schools, and communities whenever possible.

CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER OF LAWRENCE COUNTY
The Children’s Advocacy Center of Lawrence County, Inc. (CAC), founded in 1989, is a nonprofit serving child abuse victims and their caregivers. Its mission is to stop child abuse and inspire hope through intervention, prevention, education, and outreach. The CAC provides trauma-informed, evidence-based services, including forensic interviews, non-acute medical exams, and mental health therapy. It also coordinates the county’s Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). Prevention programs include Parents as Teachers home visiting for young families, Promoting Responsible Fatherhood, family reunification services, and specialized parenting groups, all designed to strengthen families and reduce the risk of abuse and neglect.

CITY RESCUE MISSION
Founded in 1911, the Mission exists to meet the physical, emotional, relational and spiritual needs of hungry, homeless and hurting men, women and women with children in western Pennsylvania. The Mission is a privately-funded Christian ministry, receiving no federal funding and relying solely on private donations. The Mission is unique as all services are provided based on need rather than ability to pay. Through faith-based programming, our guests and clients often experience an inward change resulting in many experiencing a renewed, transformed life.

COMMUNITY COUNSELING CENTER OF MERCER COUNTY
Community Counseling Center of Mercer County provides assessment and treatment through a wide range of services for children, adults, and families who are experiencing mental health concerns & substance abuse problems. All of the services are designed to promote recovery and maximize the community integration of the person. Our vision is to help individuals lead healthy and fulfilling lives. Our missions is to be the county's leading innovative provider of recovery-oriented behavioral health services by uniting resources to help people become effective contributors to the social, spiritual and economic well-being of our community.

COMMUNITY LIBRARY OF THE SHENANGO VALLEY
The Community Library of the Shenango Valley is a patron-focused resource center, enhancing the lives of people of all ages and backgrounds by providing outstanding materials, programs, and technology in a safe, inviting environment.
The library directly serves the communities of Sharon, Hermitage, and Farrell (31,000 people), with all residents of these municipalities eligible to receive free library cards. The library also offers services to those outside of this service area in the greater Mercer County area.

CREATIVE LEARNING CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
At Creative Learning Christian School, we believe every child is a masterpiece—uniquely created by God with purpose, potential, and a future filled with hope.
From preschool through 12th grade, CLCS provides a Christ-centered environment where students grow spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally—into exactly who God created them to be.

ECHO PINES EQUINE, INC
Echo Pines Equine, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2022. We provide Trauma-Focused Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy to individuals and families using principles developed by the Natural Lifemanship Institute. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to help others find peace and fulfillment through the healing connection with our equine partners. Trauma-Focused Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy centers on building healthy, attuned relationships between horses and clients. Through these meaningful connections, clients engage the entire brain in the healing process, creating opportunities for trust, respect, emotional regulation, and personal growth to naturally emerge.

ENVISION BLIND SPORTS
Envision Blind Sports’ mission is to increase sport, outdoor adventure, fitness, and physical activity opportunities for individuals who are blind or visually impaired in order to promote lifelong wellness. There is a significant lack of opportunities and education for blind sports, and we aim to increase awareness and build more programming. Through our organization, individuals are given opportunities to push themselves beyond what is expected.

FOLDS OF HONOR WESTERN PA
Folds of Honor provides educational scholarships to the families of fallen or seriously injured Service Members and First Responders.
Folds of Honor has grown from a vision into a movement. This folded flag is a constant reminder of those who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom. It inspires us to help equip and educate their loved ones in need of our support.

FRED SOMERSET LEGACY PROJECT
The Fred Somerset Memorial Scholarship Program was created as a grass roots initiative in 1996 initially to provide scholarships to deserving and disadvantaged students. Our organization later expanded its focus to the building of positive family and community development in underserved locations by highlighting the early contributions of African American culture and arts. Our mission is to serve as a fund to promote student leadership, cultural sensitivity and diversity, equity, and community development for young adults and their families who are negatively impacted by inequality and racial disparity in mental and physical health, literacy, education, finance, and cultural awareness.

FREEDOM WARRIOR CHARITABLE FUND
A group of us from the Youngstown Air Reserve Base CommunityCouncil organized the Freedom Warrior Charitable Fund to address the needs of local veterans. All donations are greatly appreciated and a wonderful way to show your gratitude for the sacrifices of veterans as well as your patriotic pride.
We chose to create a fund separate from other veteran organizations to assure that the funds contributed locally go to the veterans and military personnel in the Mahoning and Shenango Valley areas. We also operate primarily with a group of volunteers to minimize administrative costs.

GREENVILLE AREA PUBLIC LIBRARY
The Mission of the Greenville Area Public Library is to make a positive contribution to the cultural and intellectual life of our Greenville area and the personal enrichment of its residents by providing quality materials, responsive service, and relevant technologies for all members of our community.

GREENVILLE AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION
We are hoping to revitalize our ceramic arts program at Greenville High School. Interest in ceramics has grown considerably among our students, and we are excited to expand opportunities for creativity, artistic expression and hands-on learning. To meet this increasing interest, we are seeking funding for essential equipment. A renewed ceramics program will allow students to explore new artistic skills, build confidence, and experience the satisfaction of creating meaningful work with their hands.

GRIEF AND LOSS IN MOTION
Grief and Loss In Motion is a volunteer-driven nonprofit providing trauma-informed peer support, grief education, and community-based programming for survivors of suicide loss and other traumatic losses across Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Through the Trumbull County LOSS Team, trained volunteers respond alongside the coroner’s office to provide immediate emotional support, resources, and ongoing follow-up care after a suicide death. Grief and Loss In Motion also offers support groups, community trainings, and Maker:Grief programs that help individuals and families process grief, reduce isolation, and build connection through compassionate support, education, and creative engagement rooted in hope and healing.

GROVE CITY AREA HISTORICAL SOCIETY
The GCAHSAM was founded 25 years ago. Our purpose is to preserve the history, heritage and supporting artifacts of the Grove City area. We have over 300 subscribing members, over 3,000 FaceBook followers and almost 50 volunteers which allow us to be open for visitors six days a week. Our building is over 100 years old and consists of three floors of exhibits, office and meeting space.

GROVE CITY AREA MEALS ON WHEELS
Grove City Area Meals on Wheels prepares and delivers hot and cold nutritious meals to elderly, disabled and convalescent members of the community at an affordable price. We deliver to Grove City, Leesburg, Mercer, Harrisville, and Slippery Rock. Sometimes our volunteers are the only person a client sees all day, being a safety-net particularly for those living alone.

GROVE CITY AREA UNITED WAY
The mission of the Grove City Area United Way is to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of our community. In support of this mission, the Grove City Area United Way has identified the following funding areas, listed in order of priority:
1. Crisis Intervention – ensure individuals have adequate food, safety, housing and warmth.
2. Supporting Vulnerable Populations – individuals at risk of being in crisis and who may have an ongoing need
3. Strengthening Families and Promoting Self-Sufficiency
4. Helping Children and Youth Succeed

GROVE CITY COLLEGE
Established in 1876, Grove City College is a private Christian and liberal arts college located in Grove City, PA. The College’s mission is to equip students to pursue their unique callings through a Christ-centered, academically excellent, and affordable learning and living experience. Grove City College is the largest college in the country that does not accept any federal funds (i.e., Pell Grants, Stafford Loans, etc.). This commitment is essential to maintain independence as a Christian institution and remain focused on its enduring mission.

HISTORIC WARNER CASCADE THEATRE MUSEUM
Historic Warner Cascade Theatre is located in the recognized historic building where the Warner Brothers opened their first theatre - the Cascade - on February 2nd, 1907. Our mission celebrates the rich history of the Warners and their contributions to the film industry and American Culture. We do so with specialized displays and collections associated with film and the rich Warner culture as immigrants escaping to America from persecution in the late 1800's from a small village in Russia.

HOPE CENTER FOR ARTS AND TECHNOLOGY, INC
HopeCAT is a non-profit organization where education, mentorship, and inspiration converge to transform lives in our region. Led by industry experts, our diverse programs in Adult Training and the Arts not only encourage personal growth but also contribute to workforce development and cultural enrichment, empowering individuals and strengthening communities. HopeCAT is the resource for the region that fuels creative enterprise and provides job-ready employees.

HUBBARD COMMUNITY YOUTH LEAGUE
Hubbard Community Youth League (HCYL) is a 501c(3) non-profit organization founded in 1986. Our mission focuses on youth who wish to participate in organized athletic programs, including baseball, softball and soccer. Youth benefit greatly from participation in these organized athletic programs in many ways. Team members are physically active, develop basic athletic skills, learn and acquire sportsmanship, leadership and teamwork attributes. They also develop discipline, time management skills and respect for others. Through their participation in these sports, they make meaningful connections with their peers and with trusted adults in the community.

HUBBARD FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY
Hubbard Friends of the Library's mission is to support Hubbard Public Library (HPL), its new and ongoing programs and activities. HPL evolves continuously to meet changing and unmet needs of this community, including complex challenges presented by the pandemic. Virtual programs, hybrid programs and outdoor programs have been implemented to respond quickly, innovatively and safely to patron and community needs. The need for additional outdoor programs, in particular, is huge. HPL’s new initiative, “Beyond Library Walls” will grow and build upon current outdoor initiatives and resources to serve all members of this community.

HUBBARD WRESTLING BOOSTERS CLUB
The long-standing Hubbard Wrestling Booster Club officially became a 501c(3) non-profit in 2024. Its mission is to assist the wrestling teams and coaches in Hubbard Exempted Village School District achieve the best possible wrestling program. This includes essential resources for the male and female Middle School and High School teams and their coaches. Wrestling team members all benefit greatly from their participation in organized athletic programs. Team members are physically active, develop basic athletic skills, learn and acquire sports and leadership and teamwork attributes. They make meaningful connections with their peers and with trusted adults in the community.

HUNTERS SHARING THE HARVEST
Hunters Sharing the Harvest (HSH) is Pennsylvania’s nationally emulated venison donation program – headquartered in Greenville, Mercer County. Since 1991, HSH has distributed more than 2.5 million pounds of lean, protein-rich venison from generous Pennsylvania deer hunters to the food insecure via a network of participating deer processors, volunteer coordinators and hunger relief agencies. Our mission hinges on the fact that HSH pays for the processing of donated deer so the hunter doesn’t have to. This is where the support from PA-OH Giving Week donors is so very crucial! We now have three (3) participating processors in Mercer County and three (3) in Lawrence County. Our participating processors package donated ground venison and distribute it to local food relief organizations. Here in Mercer and Lawrence Counties, those agencies include Mercer County Food Bank, The Good Shepherd Center, Table of Grace, NOW Project/Jubilee Ministries, Network of Hope Food Bank and Holy Spirit Parish of Lawrence County, among others.

IMAGINATION LIBRARY/UNITED WAY OF MERCER COUNTY
United Way of Mercer County champions quality programs for children and families in our region. Leveraging resources and advocating for opportunities, United Way is a catalyst for innovative learning and creative programs that educate and inspire children and youth. As part of our mission, United Way of Mercer County is collaborating with our partners to offer Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a dynamic book ownership program for young children from birth to 5.

INSPIRING MINDS
Help us raise $20,000 for 20 Years of IMPact! In 2006, Inspiring Minds started with a dream to positively impact young people’s lives. 20 years later, that dream became a movement. For the past 20 years, our mission has been to engage, inspire and empower youth to reach their full potential through education and exposure to life-changing experiences. Our vision is to see every student graduate high school, complete college or a vocational school and become strong, successful members of our society. And our goal is to inspire youth to discover their passions and equip them with the tools needed to pursue them.

JOSHUA'S HAVEN
Joshua's Haven City Rescue Mission serves to "feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, share the Gospel of Jesus Christ" Our men's shelter offers a bed, warm environment, clothes and meal to homeless men on site and homeless families temporary shelter in local hotels. Our Free Medical Clinic "extends the healing ministry of Jesus to all uninsured by providing medical care to those in need." All services are offered free of charge, 365 days a year.

JOY IN THE JOURNEY
"Founded in memory of Abby Joy, this foundation will bless children and families as they walk incredibly difficult medical paths."
Abby Joy was born with a rare genetic condition that impacted many body systems. She was a cancer survivor and worked her way off of ventilator dependence after two years. She passed away at age 3 from an unexpected seizure. Through all her medical challenges she showed a true joy that was beyond circumstances that comes only from Jesus. We hope to help other families find JOY through difficult circumstances.

KEYSTONE BLIND ASSOCIATION
Founded in 1947, Keystone Blind Association (KBA) has become a premier agency for blind and visually impaired individuals in Pennsylvania. KBA’s mission is to empower, educate, and employ individuals living with vision loss or other disabilities. Keystone provides a full array of services including Specialized Services, Rehabilitation Education, Orientation & Mobility, Prevention of Blindness, Assistive Technology Evaluation and Training, Children and Young Adult Services, as well as a Low Vision Clinic. Support services and skills training enable individuals who are visually impaired to live their lives as independently as possible, to reduce isolation and to avoid institutionalization.

LAWRENCE COUNTY YMCA
At the Lawrence County YMCA, our mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy body, mind and spirit for all. Our vision is to develop a new generation of changemakers who will create communities in which we all want to live. We want to guide our youth to make wise choices and build their self-esteem so they can become successful adults who are engaged in the community, and help families and seniors live their best lives.
Programs include:
Swim lessons and programs for children and adults age 6 months and higher, including Learn to Swim classes for seven school districts at a low rate, and summer water safety and swimming classes to children aged 6-12 living in six of the Lawrence County Housing Authority housing developments. Lessons are free to the children and include transportation to and from their homes, and free swimsuits for participants.
""Y on the FLY,"" a community outreach program, designed to increase our impact in the community, addressing the need for access to programs, recreation, and resources for children, families and seniors. By coming to them with our Y on the FLY van, we deliver programs and services to those in neighborhoods throughout Lawrence County who are unable to take advantage of our facilities -- A “YMCA without walls” approach to community impact.
The 7th Grade Initiative offers free summer memberships and a milestone-developmental program to all 7th Graders in each of our seven school districts. Exposure to unhealthy behaviors such as drug use and delinquency greatly increases when a child reaches 7th grade, so we developed this program to encourage youth to make healthy choices and avoid these risky behaviors

LindenPointe Development Corporation
The LindenPointe Development Corporation, is a Hermitage-based 501c3 dedicated to advancing entrepreneurship, innovation, and workforce development. Through our three core programs, the eCenter, eAcademy, and Pennsylvania Cybersecurity Center, we support startups, students, educators, employers, and community partners. Our mission is to strengthen the regional economy by expanding access to business resources, entrepreneurial education, cybersecurity training, industry certifications, mentorship, and career-connected learning opportunities. Together, our programs help individuals develop the skills, ideas, and connections needed to succeed in a changing economy. To date, we have served over 600 students across our programs and helped to launch over 50 startups.

MAPLE TREE CANCER ALLIANCE
The mission of Maple Tree Cancer Alliance is to improve the quality of lives of individuals battling cancer. We accomplish this by providing free individualized exercise training, nutritional education, and emotional support to cancer patients through collaborative partnerships with hospitals and exercise facilities. Maple Tree Cancer Alliance spearheads the inclusion of this life-changing model as a critical component of cancer rehabilitation.

MEALS ON WHEELS OF NEW CASTLE
Meals on Wheels of New Castle delivers freshly made lunches and suppers to the homes of local residents, primarily the elderly. Our meals are delivered by compassionate volunteers. We deliver Mondays through Fridays to most New Castle addresses, and on a modified schedule to some of the outlying areas. Although our clients can be any age, income or disability status, the menu is established to meet the nutritional needs of individuals over 65. The cost for lunch and supper is $7.00 daily,$35.00 weekly, and $1,820 yearly.

MERCER COUNTY ADULT EDUCATION CENTER
It is the mission of MCAEC to provide adult education services to individuals throughout Mercer County who are not enrolled in secondary school.
That mission includes offering free classes and one-on-one tutoring to adults seeking to improve their literacy skills in reading, writing, math, English, and computer use. This instruction will provide students the chance to obtain, retain, or improve upon a job, complete their high school education, and/or prepare to enter college, trade school, or the workforce.

MERCER COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING
Mercer County Area Agency on Aging, Inc., a private non-profit organization, has been serving the County’s older adults (60 years and older) since 1976. Our mission is to assist older adults to remain safe and independent for as long as possible.
The Agency operates four senior centers throughout the County (Greenville, Grove City, Sandy Lake, Hermitage) and an adult day care program, in addition to an administrative office in Mercer.
The Agency provides a vast array of services to meet the needs of the aging population of Mercer County. For a full list of services, see our website at www.mercercountyaging.org.

MERCER COUNTY COALITION FOR DRUG AWARENESS
Our mission is to reduce and prevent drug and alcohol abuse through awareness, education, and action, as well as collaborating with the community to remove obstacles to recovery. We seek to increase resources for individuals in all phases of recovery, as well as their loved ones. We promote healthy alternatives to increase positive choices. MCCDA’s ROAR Center is a hub for people to socialize, learn and participate in new activities, and increase daily life skills while working on overall sobriety and basic needs.

MERCER COUNTY CREATIVE ARTS FOUNDATION [GREENVILLE CENTER FOR THE ARTS]
The Mercer County Creative Arts Foundation exists to help foster a thriving community and boost economic growth in Mercer county and the surrounding region through the production, support and encouragement of the creative arts. We support bringing filmmakers to Mercer County because of the many resources available. We offer educational programs for students wishing to make movies and we lend support to existing creative groups such as The Greenville Symphony Orchestra, and theater groups for special projects. The arts can bolster and create sustainable economic revitalization in our area.

MERCER COUNTY FOOD BANK
Mercer County Food Bank is a registered 501(c) (3) non-profit and partner food bank of Feeding America, the largest hunger relief organization in the United States. Our mission at the food bank is to provide supplemental food to those who are hungry and to raise awareness of hunger throughout Mercer County. Locally, our role in fighting hunger and feeding hope is to solicit, process and store large quantities of donated food, bulk produce, and USDA commodities for distribution to our member agencies throughout Mercer County, Pennsylvania. Our network of member agencies aid us in distributing food to 6,278 households each month. All member agencies are 501(c)3 charitable organizations throughout Mercer County who have a shared mission of feeding our neighbors.

MERCER COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY
The Mercer County Historical Society & Museum (MCHS) was founded in 1946, and incorporated in 1947 by caring citizens just like you. Our mission is to collect and preserve items significant to Mercer County history and to use our curated artifacts to increase public awareness and appreciation for Mercer County’s heritage.

MERCER COUNTY TRAILS ASSOCIATION
MCTA DEVELOPS AND MAINTAINS MULTI-USE TRAILS IN MERCER COUNTY TO PROMOTE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE BY PROVIDING A SAFE AND FREE SETTING FOR BICYCLING, JOGGING, WALKING, CROSS COUNTY SKIING, ROLLER BLADING AND WHEELCHAIR USE. OUR TRAILS ALSO ATTRACT TOURISTS, THEREBY CONTRIBUTING TO THE ECONOMIC VITALITY OF OUR COMMUNITIES. MANY OF OUR TRAILS PROVIDE SSAFE TRANSPORTATION LINKS THROUGHOUT OUR COMMUNITY FOR THOSE WHO MAY NOT OWN AN AUTO OR PERFER TO RIDE A BICYCLE. OUR RECENTLY CONSTRUCTED BIKE SKILLS & SAFETY TRACK PROVIDES A TRAFFIC FREE AREA TO TEACH YOUNG CHILDREN HOW TO RIDE A BICYCLE IN A SAFE AREA.

NORTHEAST OHIO ADOPTION SERVICES
NOAS, established in 1978, is a foster care agency dedicated to supporting children and families. Our mission is to provide support and connections to foster youth, families, and those at risk of entering care. Whether you're interested in becoming a foster parent, adopting through foster care, or supporting NOAS in our mission, we are here to guide you every step of the way. NORTHWESTERN LEGAL SERVICES
Northwestern Legal Services (NWLS), founded 1969, provides FREE civil legal services to low-income PA residents of Erie, Bradford, Cameron, Crawford, Elk, Forest, McKean, Mercer, Venango, and Warren counties. NWLS, a nonprofit, receives federal, state, and local funds, and public donations. NWLS partners with other organizations to administer specialized grants, and provides community education & outreach. Our clients receive direct representation, advice, and brief services.
Our Mission:
NWLS assists low-income individuals and families by guiding them through the civil legal system using advocacy and education to seek justice with the goal of improving quality of life and thereby strengthening our communities.

PHN CHARITABLE FOUNDATION
The PHN Charitable Foundation, established in 2005, advances the mission of Primary Health Network by investing in programs that improve health, expand educational opportunity, and strengthen communities. As the fundraising arm of Pennsylvania’s largest community health center, the Foundation supports initiatives that increase access to care, promote literacy and wellness, and develop the healthcare workforce. Through compassionate partnerships and community-driven efforts, PHNCF works to remove barriers and provide essential resources, helping individuals and families across the region achieve healthier, more connected lives.

PINE VALLEY BIBLE CONFERENCE (AKA PINE VALLEY CAMP)
We are a year-round faith-based camp featuring a residential summer camping program and other year-round programs for at-risk and underprivileged youth ages 6-15. We serve the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas including, Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, and Lawrence Counties and some eastern OH communities. We are one of very few camps which targets this underserved group. Many campers deal with complex family challenges and often feel uncertain and hopeless about their future.
Our mission is "to rebuild broken lives through Jesus Christ." By teaching life skills, life principles, some basic job skills and presenting the gospel message, we aim to be a place of fun, hope, healing and transformation that prepares these youth to become healthy responsible adults.

PRINCE OF PEACE CENTER
As Prince of Peace Center, an affiliate of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Erie, we are witnesses and servants of Jesus Christ. Consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church, we provide support for the economic, emotional, and spiritual needs of those needing a helping hand to build self-sufficiency.
Committed to the sacredness of human life and the betterment of society, we affirm the dignity of those in need by responding with compassion to their basic human needs through advocacy, education, and empowerment.
Our services are committed to strengthening families, building community, and reducing poverty among people of all ages, faiths, races, and backgrounds.

PROMISE OF LIFE NETWORK
Promise of Life Network's mission is to honor Christ by empowering mothers to choose life, educating individuals and families about healthy relationships, and providing medical services, material assistance, and spiritual support. We provide local families with pregnancy testing, ultrasound scans, STD testing and treatment, and well women exams. We also provide parenting education and material support to families with children ages three and under. Further, we provide healthy relationships education to students in local public schools. In the last three years, we have begun providing life-affirming help to women worldwide. All of our services are provided free of charge to individuals in need.

RED BARN PLAYERS
The Red Barn Players was formed in 1955, as an all-volunteer community theater organization. Its mission as a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation, as listed in its constitution, is to “produce worthwhile plays, musicals, concerts, and other performances in the interest of educating as well as entertaining the community.” Its further purposes are to foster interest in the dramatic arts and other forms of cultural activities, and to encourage and foster the talents of persons interested in the dramatic arts.

SENECA HILLS BIBLE CAMP AND RETREAT CENTER
Since 1936 Seneca Hills has been serving youth and families from the region with outstanding summer camp programing. Our residential summer camp program is for youth ages 5-18. Campers come from over 17 counties in Pennsylvania, plus several in Ohio. From September through May, we host retreats and conferences on most weekends. Sitting on over 200 acres we provide a beautiful setting for all those who come here.
We exist to lead people, especially youth, to a vital personal relationship with and a life of dedicated service to Jesus Christ.

SHARON HISTORICAL SOCIETY
THE MISSION OF THE SHARON HISTORICAL SOCIETY IS TO PROMOTE AND PRESERVE THE HISTORY OF SHARON PENNSYLVANIA AND TO EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS TO IT'S RICH HISTORY AND CULTURAL IMPACT ON NOT ONLY THE SHENANGO VALLEY BUT THE NATION. WE PROMOTE THE HISTORY OF OUR CITY WITH STUDENTS, VISITORS, COMUNNITY GROUPS, AND OTHERS THROUGH LECTURES, EVENTS AND OUR MORE THAN 25 PUBLICATIONS. WE ENDEVOR TO PERSERVE OUR HISTORY THROUGH THE COLLECTION OF PHOTOGRAPHS, ARTIFACTS, DOCUMENTS AND OTHER MEMORABILIA. WE ALSO WORK TO ENSURE PRESERVATION OF THE CITY'S HISTORIC BUILDINGS THAT REPRESENT DIVERSE ARCHITECTURAL STYLES.

SHENANGO RIVER WATCHERS
Shenango River Watchers is a 501(c)(3)non-profit watershed group formed to restore and protect the environmental, scenic, and recreational attributes of the Shenango River Watershed. Working together, our members, volunteers and donors have made SRW an award-winning organization. Our projects include environmental education, water quality and aquatic life research, cleanups and recycling as well as creating recreational opportunities.

SHENANGO VALLEY URBAN LEAGUE, INC
The mission of Shenango Valley Urban League, Inc. is to ensure equal access and opportunity for African Americans and others in need; to empower individuals to cultivate and exercise their fullest potential. The Shenango Valley Urban League, Inc. implements its mission through advocacy, bridge building, program services and research.

SHOE OUR CHILDREN
Since 1994, Shoe Our Children has delivered 67,517 pairs of shoes to local school children in need. Anyone qualifying, from pre-k through 12th grade, receives a pair of new athletic shoes at no cost to them. The program services all districts in Mercer County PA and our neighboring district in Brookfield, Ohio. Our mission is to be sure no child starts school without a new pair of shoes and no child in need of shoes during the school year goes without. It's a matter of comfort, health, and dignity for the student.

SKYLINE SUMMIT PARK AND RECREATION
Skyline Summit Park and Recreation's (SSPR) mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and vibrant environment that promotes health, wellness, and community engagement for individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
The park will be developed in three phases:
-Phases1: Two baseball/softball practice fields, batting cages, and a walking track.
- Phase 2: Tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a pavilion for community events, children’s play structure, and the restoration of a maintenance building.
- Phase 3: Restoration of the fishing lake culvert and the construction of a multi-purpose facility for conferences, banquets, indoor sports, and seminars.

SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL NORTHEAST OHIO DISTRICT COUNCIL
Celebrating 95 years of service this year, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul has been a trusted lifeline for our neighbors facing hunger, homelessness, and hardship. We provide vital safety net services—daily meals, beds, clothing, rent and utility assistance - along with programs like Ready2Work that guide individuals and families toward lasting self-sufficiency. Our mission is rooted in faith and driven by love, offering hope, dignity, and compassion to all. Whether someone needs help for a moment or support on a longer journey, SVdP is here to walk beside them—restoring hope, rebuilding lives, and renewing the spirit of community.

ST. JOHN XXIII HOME
Saint John XXIII Home, a not-for-profit nursing home of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Erie, a member of Catholic Charities, is committed to the healing mission of Jesus Christ. We provide optimum-quality, personalized care at the lowest feasible cost in an environment conducive to the comfort, dignity and peace for the infirm, chronically ill and aging individuals of all faiths. ST. PAUL'S
St. Paul's is a nonprofit, faith-based senior living community in Greenville, PA., dedicateding to serving older adults with compassion and respect. We provide a full continuum of care, including home-based services, independent living, personal care, memory care, short-stay rehabilitation, and long-term skilled nursing care.
Our mission is to provide meaning, richness of life, health care, and other support services, while maintaining and enhancing the dignity of every person. We strive to create a nurturing environment where residents feel valued, supported, and truly at home.

STRAYHAVEN ANIMAL SHELTER
Strayhaven is a no-kill, non-profit animal shelter in Greenville, PA. We care for surrendered and abandoned/stray animals within Mercer County. All animals receive veterinary care, food/water, volunteer interaction, and a safe place to sleep while waiting for their forever homes. At capacity, we can care for up to 18 dogs and 15 cats. We are solely funded through donations and local grants/foundations. Our goal is to care for the homeless cats and dogs and place them in new, loving homes

TAILS OF HOPE
Tails of Hope (TOH) is celebrating its 10th Anniversary as the first and only non-profit Spay/Neuter clinic in Mercer County, PA, and over 18,000 pets, shelter animals, and homeless animals served so far. Without federal, state or local municiaplity funding, TOH serves the front line of animal welfare and as a beacon of hope for pet population control, animal and overall community health and well-being. TOH's low-cost to no-cost veterinary programs demonstrate exceptional commitment to preventative care at the lowest cost. TOH addresses Root Causes with an exponential impact and plays a pivotal role in keeping pets healthier, keeping pets & families together, strengthening public health through prevention of contracting and spreading disease, and reducing shelter intake, thus reducing the long-term physical and financial burden to shelters/rescues for real, lasting change for our community. Every service funded at Tails of Hope is a crisis avoided.

THE RIDGEWOOD AT SHENANGO VALLEY
The Ridgewood at Shenango Valley is a nonprofit senior living community providing aging-in-place accommodations. A collaborative effort of UPMC and St. Paul’s, The Ridgewood is a single story, welcoming home that serves residents ranging from fully independent to those needing daily assistance with personal care. Our mission is to provide meaning, richness of life, health care, and supportive services for older adults. Residents enjoy home-cooked meals, engaging activities, opportunities for socialization, and caring staff available whenever needed. We are committed to helping each resident live with dignity, independence, comfort, and the highest possible quality of life.

The Warrior in Her is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women facing chronic physical and mental health challenges through advocacy, education, wellness support, and community connection. Serving communities across Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio, the organization provides trauma-informed programming, peer support, prevention initiatives, resource navigation, and community partnerships focused on improving women’s health and quality of life. Through events, outreach, and innovative wellness initiatives, The Warrior in Her works to create a stronger, healthier, and more supported community where women and girls feel seen, heard, believed, and empowered.

TRAILS END CONSERVANCY, INC
Trails End Conservancy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening communities across Pennsylvania and Ohio through equine-assisted programs that support veterans, youth, and individuals facing life challenges. Our mission is to provide opportunities for healing, growth, and connection through the powerful bond between people and horses. Through programs like Fly High With Horses, The Phoenix Project, and Horses Helping, we promote resilience, confidence, and renewed purpose. We strive to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can overcome obstacles, build meaningful relationships, and rediscover hope.

URSULINE SISTERS MISSION
In 2016, the Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown founded Ursuline Sisters Mission to oversee and strengthen their vibrant and life-giving ministries and continue to provide leadership and support in the region long into the future. With radical compassion and respect for all, we offer housing, food, healthcare, education, wellness, and advocacy. In 2017, Ursuline Sisters Mission developed the Education Outreach Program. The Scholars Program was developed under the Education Outreach umbrella to assist low-income students with the opportunity to achieve post-secondary education by focusing on scholar support & educational advocacy; financial assistance; personal & professional development opportunities; and mentorship.

WEST HILL MINISTRIES
West Hill Ministries exists to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of underprivileged children in our neighborhood in a safe and loving environment. Partnering with families is our focus as we aim to support them in raising up the next generation of loving, productive adults with a purpose.

WILLOW WOMEN'S CENTER
Willow Women's Center is a non-profit medical center that provides women who find themselves unexpectedly pregnant with no-cost critical testing in a compassionate, confidential, neutral setting. Our mission is to be the first point of contact for a woman providing her with medical testing, accurate information and emotional support in a nonjudgemental environment empowering her to make fully-informed decisions regarding her reproductive health and future.

WILLY'S WORLD
Willy’s World is a charitable fund of the Community Foundation of Western PA & Eastern OH. Willy’s World is dedicated to raising awareness of hidden disabilities and empowering children and families through education, support, and inclusive community opportunities. Through safety grants, sensory support initiatives, parent workshops, and inclusive community events, Willy’s World serves families throughout Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio while working to build a more understanding, supportive, and inclusive community for children with hidden disabilities.

YOUNG LIFE
Young Life exists to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. Our adult leaders (college and older), build bridges of friendship with middle school students, high school students and students with disabilities, that they might invest in them and show them who Jesus is. Young Life is a place for all kids to belong and to consider what a relationship with Jesus might be like.

YOUNGSTOWN BLUE COATS
The mission of Youngstown Blue Coats, a 501c(3) non-profit organization founded in 2017, is straightforward, “In America, nobody should freeze to death.” During winter, we distribute warming items (coats, boots, gloves, hats, scarves, sleeping mats/bags, and more) to homeless veterans and other homeless in Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. We also advocate for those who need assistance, and we work with diverse area agencies to provide each individual we encounter the resources he/she needs. YBC depends entirely on volunteers; there are no paid staff and all funds go directly to our mission.

YWCA MAHONING VALLEY
YWCA Mahoning Valley is a non-profit agency on a mission to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, dignity, and freedom for all. We carry out our mission through housing with supportive services, childcare and youth development, empowerment, and racial justice education.

ZION EDUCATION CENTER
Zion Education Center has a 30-year history in educating and empowering young children by embracing 3 core values.
1. Preparing the next generation to overcome generational risk factors through social-emotional support.
