Meals on Wheels mission is to empower local community programs to improve the health and quality of life of the seniors they serve so that no one is left hungry or isolated. Locally, our volunteer workforce bring meals to individuals at home who are unable to purchase or prepare their meals. We follow different diet plans prepared by a professional chef. These meals are great for use by those recovering from a medical procedure or hospital stay or when the primary family meal provider is on vacation. Our volunteers do a daily safety check.

Our Shenango Valley Meals on Wheels program would be directly affected by donations made to us. We would be able to continue serving clients as it has been done since 1970 to those in need.

Needs that Cannot beMet without Your Help

Without funds garnered by donations and grants, our Meals on Wheels program would eventually close. These areas that we service would be without help to those who really couldn't cook or shop for themselves.
