Established in 1970, Trumbull Mobile Meals is dedicated to providing home-delivered meals to seniors and homebound individuals who cannot get to a congregate meal site or food distribution center or are unable to prepare a daily nutritious meal due to physical or medical reasons.

Programs Supported by Your Donations

Trumbull Mobile Meals provides one or two meals a day, freshly made each morning, on either a 5 or 7-day-a-week program. We offer long or short-term at a reasonable rate. All of the meal costs are subsidized by our generous donors, which helps keep our meal costs down for our subscribers. Your financial support is always greatly appreciated and helps fund our sliding scale and veteran's discount programs for those that qualify.

Needs that Cannot beMet without Your Help

Over the past few years, we have seen a demand for our service from all sides of the economic spectrum. Many have lost government benefits or have received a major cutback on food assistance. At the end of 2024, the local Elderly Affairs office closed, and our client base increased dramatically. So, our low-income sliding scale program clients have doubled. Also in 2025, TMM started a veteran's program that offers a discount to all honorably discharged vets. Whether you are a senior, homebound individual, or a person recuperating from an illness or surgery, Trumbull Mobile Meals is here to assist you.
