West Hill Ministries exists to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of underprivileged children in our neighborhood in a safe and loving environment. Partnering with families is our focus as we aim to support them in raising up the next generation of loving, productive adults with a purpose.

Programs Supported by Your Donations
West Hill Ministries operates after-school programs at two different sites in the city of Sharon for students K-12th grade, one at First Baptist Church on West Hill and the other at St. Joseph Church by the Case Avenue Elementary School. First Baptist also hosts a teen program in the evening. In addition to the school year programming, we host a special week of fun and learning in the summer, a fall festival, an Easter Egg Hunt, and Christmas programming with gifts for underprivileged children and families. Any donations given are used to fund these programs for the direct benefit of the students.
Needs that Cannot beMet without Your Help
Due to the increase in the number of children this year, we have incurred more need in the way of food and supplies with the rising cost of everything. The ministry has needed to adapt and find more efficient ways to meet the needs of the children and the community we serve. With additional income, we would be able to offer more in the way of meals and outreach in order to serve the underprivileged and food insecure population in our neighborhood and beyond.
