We proudly feature two unique performance spaces: the intimate “40 Below” venue downstairs and our upstairs main stage, the centerpiece for larger events and performances.
Our primary focus this year is improving the customer experience. Through customer surveys, we learned that upgraded seating is the community’s top priority - and we’re excited to say we’ve found the perfect solution. Our projected cost for new seating is $50,000, with plans to also install risers that improve sightlines. Combined, the total project budget is estimated at $160,000.

This year, we are focused on upgrading theater seating and installing risers to improve comfort and sightlines throughout the venue. Feedback from our patrons made it clear that seating improvements are their top priority, and we are excited to move this project forward.
