Sharon Community Health Center serves approximately 1700 patients by offering Medical, Behavioral Health and Pain Management service to the Shenango Valley area. SCHC has been in existence for over 25 years serving the Shenango Valley areas. We accept most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare and we do offer a sliding fee scale to those without insurance based on family size and income. In addition, we do offer payment plans when applicable.
Needs that Cannot beMet without Your Help
Sharon Community Health Center has been focusing on social Determinates of Health needs that impact quality of care and quality of life through our Food is Medicine Food Pantry, Warming Closet and Personal Hygiene Shelves. We have received approximaltely $500 in grants to assist with the purchase supplies but currently are limited on quantity of products that can be distributed. We rely on partnerships with The Mercer County Food Bank for free food via doantions and TFAP and Do Good Period for period products. In effort to increase our reach we are requesting $10,000 to assist with the purchase of these important essential foods and hygeine products.
