Sharon Community Health Center serves approximately 1700 patients by offering Medical, Behavioral Health and Pain Management service to the Shenango Valley area. SCHC has been in existence for over 25 years serving the Shenango Valley areas. We accept most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare and we do offer a sliding fee scale to those without insurance based on family size and income. In addition, we do offer payment plans when applicable.
Needs that Cannot beMet without Your Help
Sharon Community Health Center has been focusing on Social Determinated of Health Needs that impact quality of care. We have a program that is linking access to nutritious foods to chronic care condition improvements such as diabetes via A1c measurements and Hypertension via Blood Pressure monitoring. Additinal Funding will allow us to continue to grow our program by offering a larger variety of food through the food bank and begin a remote blood pressure monitoring program to improve the health of our patients.
